We’re looking for a friendly, organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for both pets and people.
Responsibilities include:
Answering phones and scheduling appointments
Checking in patients and interacting with clients
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Schedule:
📅 30–40 hours per week
⏰ No weekends!
Requirements:
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔ Basic computer and data entry experience
✔ Comfortable around animals
