I traveled to Janesville to assist with this beauty, Sunni, and her sister, Koda. They were struggling with learning how to sit and understand the difference between the 'sit' and 'speak' commands. In our session we were able to get them back on track. They learned how to sit on different surfaces, speak, and they learned the 'quiet' command.

Milestone alert! Happy Faces!
This boy became very attached to his owner and found himself extremely distraught whenever she left, even with a dog sitter. Due to a change in the owners lifestyle, he needed to be left alone for a period of time during the day. His owner tried it for a few hours and came home to a very unhappy boy, damage to her place, and some irritated neighbors. Needless to say he did not like this change. However she reached out to me immediately and we placed him on an intensive training plan to address his separation distress. Just 26 days later he is doing so much better and can be left with another person while his owner works with zero discomfort. Our goal is to get him to be ok with being left alone, however this milestone is huge and deserves celebrating.
A huge well done to Lee, his owner, and his grandma!

Miss Sophie has been having so much fun learning and playing at my place. It's been quite the week with her fun personality. I am going to miss her when she goes back home. Hopefully she revisits soon! Check out Canine In Focus for more information about the Board and Train Program.
