Sioux Nation Freeman Vet Clinic Mixed Animal Veterinary Clinic The Sioux Nation Ag-Freeman Veterinary Clinic is a busy mixed animal veterinary clinic serving southeastern South Dakota.

We employ three full time veterinarians, two veterinary technicians, a veterinary assistant, and an office manager. Our veterinarians provide a wide variety of beef cattle services including pregnancy check ultrasounding (including fetal sexing and aging), herd processing work including bangs vaccinating, bull fertility testing, herd health consults, lame and sick animal exams, and much more. We h

ave several portable chutes including a hydraulic silencer chute. We have in house working facilities for cattle, including a hydraulic chute for in house herd work and fertility testing, a hydraulic tilt table for lame animals, and the ability to hospitalize sick baby calves that need IV fluids and hospitalization. We also do plenty of sheep and goat work, including ultrasounding for pregnancy detection, sick animal exams, f***l exams, and herd health consults. We do a large amount of dairy cattle work for the dairies around Freeman and can provide you with all your product orders, prescriptions and do your pregnancy ultrasounding and other herd health visits. We have a large selection of animal health care products including vaccines, antibiotics, calving supplies, dewormers, and fly tags. Be sure to check out our supply of Hauptner, Roux and Allflex vaccine guns. We also carry replacement parts for all three vaccine guns. Along with large animal care the clinic provides a large amount of small animal services including routine surgeries and ultrasonic dental cleanings, digital x-rays, in-house bloodwork, sick pet exams, and wellness checks. We also carry a large supply of pet food including Science Diet and Diamond dog and cat food and prescription diets for special needs patients.

Have you seen Lexi around our clinic yet? She is finishing up her veterinary technician degree at Southeast Tech and is doing her externship with us. She needs to get 240 hours of real life clinical experience to complete her degree. Lexi enjoys working with cattle and other livestock as well as small animals which is why she chose our clinic for her externship site!
