Photo hanging in the back office reminding all to be fearless! We have three doctors on staff tomorrow and we have open appointments! Book online but if it does not appear the time you need is available call the office. Perhaps something close to the time you need may be hidden from online. Friday is always are wild card day. We never know what it will dish but we’re here for it!

Dr. Osterbaan’s advice as fireworks and cookouts continue. Please also remind all your guests that love for a pet is belly rubs, not table food. Ask them to dispose of their food waste properly so they cannot get go it.

We’re going to miss seeing Nora around for a while, but it’s for an excellent reason. Nora, who was a valued part of the team here at Countryside, has been accepted into veterinary school and has already begun her journey toward becoming a veterinarian!

Though we miss her dearly, we’re so proud and excited to cheer her on from afar.

We have three doctors today. Call us early for needs. We are getting a lot of calls in late afternoon stating ‘this has been going on for days’. The later in the day it is more difficult to make accommodations. We understand the unexpected but if you are concerned about something else, please call earlier. Our goal is to give everyone a comfortable weekend. We appreciate you guys always being patient when we do have an emergency moment that puts us behind. We are always looking at times to try and keep wait times to a minimum. We know your time is valuable and many of our patients are nervous.

Bear is waiting for his walk. The issue is it is hot! The bigger issue is the road and sidewalks are HOTTER! Please be careful! At these temperatures the pavement can get hot enough to cause third degree burns.

We are fast approaching fireworks season. Call us well in advance for appointments to get medications to calm. Also, with this heat make sure your pet is kept in a cool place with lots of water (hey, you do the same!). Take care of yourselves. Backstory on the photo.
