Open to the Public Daily, Beyond Organic Growers offers a wide variety of aeroponically grown NON-GMO Greens, Microgreens, Herbs, and more.

There is no dirt and no pesticides. Nothing but healthy, fresh Greens and some great events. A family that has been in the farming business for over 100 years. We recently decided to open an aeroponic greenhouse which holds 144 towers. Here are a few things we will be growing: butter lettuce, basil, thyme, kale, rosemary, arugula, escarole, peppers, chives, parsley.

Strawberry shortcake is one of the many delicious smoothies on a hot day! Or you can try our funky monkey, Matt smoke a twist, the Holly-which is turn up the beat with vanilla protein and banana! Cherish memories-chocolate, cherry cinnamon! The ever popular sweet magic made with our very own cold, pressed apple juice, açai, blueberry, strawberry, banana and your choice of! We have no gluten, no dairy, the only sugar is from the fruit!

Today is amazing harvest! First up is lemon sorrel-this is an herb 🪴packed with a punch of lemon citrus flavor! Put it over fish, chicken, and salads or anything you want to add a lemon citrus flavor delicious! Next, we have a variety of butter, lettuce is-Summer Crisp, Red Butter, Hampton Butter, Boston Bibb and the ever special Baby Gem! Of course, no pesticides and everything is on the root.

Freshly made Pesto and Honey Lemon thyme dressing! The difference maker for both is fresh cold, pressed lemon juice from our juicers, and freshly harvested basil and thyme from our greenhouse! no pesticides or chemicals just good old fashioned hard work.

We have lots of goodies today!! From pasture raised eggs-no corn/soy, sourdough pretzels with all clean ingredients and organic bone broth! Plus our lettuce is in full abundance! Arugula, Summer Crisp, Baby Gem Butter, Boston Bibb, Gorgeous Spinach and Lemon Sorrel- give any dish a citrus pop!

Lettuce is doing great! Summer Crisp- a fan favorite, the best Romaine eve! And Watercress- great in salads or over fish, especially scallops, and you can actually make a potato water crust soup in the Vitamix, quick and easy, and this delicious is known forimproving respiratory function!

Our Story

A family that has been in the farming business for over 100 years. We are open to the public daily on 200 beautiful acres in Freehold NJ. In 2015 we opened to the public and local chefs an aeroponic greenhouse which holds 144 towers. On any given day we are growing 12,000 plants and many seedlings & micro greens. Many top restaurants & chef’s source from us for a truly unique farm to table experience for there clientele. Daily many people come in and pick up there greens for the week. Some after their yoga class. Some just to unwind, relax and shop at there leisure in this calming space. The greens have there roots attached and they are wrapped around the base of each plant. This method of harvesting ensures the roots stay moist. This is a major advantage of aeroponic growing and our unique harvesting methods. You’ll be amazed at how long they stay fresh and crisp compared to any greens you have ever purchased elsewhere. We host many Farm to Table dinners in the aeroponic greenhouse with top chefs preparing the absolute freshest greens in a unique and green space. Breath taking sunsets can be enjoyed looking out over 200 acres. We offer a wide variety of aeroponically grown , high quality, produce. All seeds are non-gmo and there is no dirt and no pesticides. Nothing but healthy, fresh produce. Here is a small sampling of what we are growing: butter lettuce, basil, thyme, kale, tatsoi mustard is our version of spinach, arugula, escarole, peppers, chives, parsley, bok choy, micro greens, edible flowers and many, many more. In fact, you may be hard pressed not to find what you are looking for. Come in for your daily greens, or a relaxing and joyful sunset yoga class or a Farm to Table dinner.
