Our Story

A family that has been in the farming business for over 100 years. We are open to the public daily on 200 beautiful acres in Freehold NJ. In 2015 we opened to the public and local chefs an aeroponic greenhouse which holds 144 towers. On any given day we are growing 12,000 plants and many seedlings & micro greens. Many top restaurants & chef’s source from us for a truly unique farm to table experience for there clientele. Daily many people come in and pick up there greens for the week. Some after their yoga class. Some just to unwind, relax and shop at there leisure in this calming space. The greens have there roots attached and they are wrapped around the base of each plant. This method of harvesting ensures the roots stay moist. This is a major advantage of aeroponic growing and our unique harvesting methods. You’ll be amazed at how long they stay fresh and crisp compared to any greens you have ever purchased elsewhere. We host many Farm to Table dinners in the aeroponic greenhouse with top chefs preparing the absolute freshest greens in a unique and green space. Breath taking sunsets can be enjoyed looking out over 200 acres. We offer a wide variety of aeroponically grown , high quality, produce. All seeds are non-gmo and there is no dirt and no pesticides. Nothing but healthy, fresh produce. Here is a small sampling of what we are growing: butter lettuce, basil, thyme, kale, tatsoi mustard is our version of spinach, arugula, escarole, peppers, chives, parsley, bok choy, micro greens, edible flowers and many, many more. In fact, you may be hard pressed not to find what you are looking for. Come in for your daily greens, or a relaxing and joyful sunset yoga class or a Farm to Table dinner.
