They came out and got some amazing content and put together this perfect video! I hope you guys like it and enjoy it as much as I do! We had an absolute blast filming, from teaching my normal clients to teaching the videographers!

Hope everyone is staying cool and enjoying some lake/ pool/ river time!

Just had to come on here and say Athena is my biggest blessing! I got her unknowingly how much I was going to need her after Lady’s passing and just after life! Athena is so patient and so kind and so forgiving even when my emotions and anxiety are out of this world! I worry so much about everything with her and she constantly reminds me to relax and enjoy life! Just like this picture! She had every opportunity to walk out of the barn and go wherever, yet she chose to hang out and eat hay instead!
