We are currently not able to take in any cats at this time. We are at capacity! If you have an emergency please contact a vet's office, we cannot treat animals at our shelter. If you have a stray dog or would like to surrender a DOG you will need to contact the Holmes County Dog Warden's Department. We are Not the Dog Warden!! We only have cats at our shelter. If you suspect abuse of dogs you should also call the Dog Warden for your county. We are not able to investigate crimes. We are a non-profit cat shelter funded solely on donations and run by volunteers who are not paid. If you call our phone line you will need to leave a message. There is not someone answering the phone 24/7. Also please do not just leave animals at the shelter! We are by appointment only!
Thank you for understanding! We need more help in the Holmes County area!
If you would like to volunteer, we are always open to more help!!

This poor guy had a rough start at life but look at him now! From a recycle bin with a beef jerky container stuck on his head to living the life of luxury (Kitty style).
Slim Jim is the sweetest most affectionate guy! He loves everyone and every cat he encounters. He’s ready for a forever home and would like to know if you would like to come and meet him?
