Sandbox Brewhouse and Cacique have teamed up to create something truly special! Our Mayan Calendar milk stout is paired with a delicious Lamb Shank featuring Latin spices crafted by Caciques kitchen.

The stouts smooth, spicy character perfectly compliments the deep, savory flavors of the lamb creating a paring that’s bold, comforting and unforgettable!

The Mayan Calendar is currently on tap at Cacique so this is your chance to experience the paring exactly how it’s meant to be enjoyed :)

The Sandbox team had a wonderful time partnering with this past weekend!

Krishna is the founder of Kismet Social, a group dedicated to sharing a full Indian experience by making food and education about the different regions of India. We paired our Chai’d and True stout + Prosecco Seltz to compliment the different dishes she made. Alls to say, the beers and food were a match made in heaven :))

Alright, Frederick. It’s just about that time…

Welcome to the 2026 Hyper Local Brew Fest; an annual brew festival that features and celebrates Frederick’s local breweries!

This year’s Hyper Local will be held at Rockwell Brewery on April 4th, from 11am-7pm.

This is the official OPEN CALL FOR VENDORS!! There are limited vendor spots, so if you’d like to apply, please do so through the Google Forms link in our bio. This form is reserved for small local businesses, artists, and food trucks. If you’re a corporate vendor who would like to participate, please send us an email at [email protected]!

For everyone else - advance tickets, along with the official event poster, will drop at 4PM on Sunday, March 8th. Mark your calendars for 4/4!
