Welcome to Rodina Straze Our breeding program is dedicated to the preservation of the working Czech and DDR bloodlines. These bloodlines have produced many great working German Shepherds known for their dark pigment, correct structure, physical stamina and balanced temperaments. Our focus is to produce exceptional quality working German Shepherd puppies which are healthy, have stable temperaments,

well-balanced character and solid nerves. Our puppies are suited for SAR, Police, Scent Detection, personal protection, Dog Sports (Schutzund, PSA, Obedience, Agility, Dock Diving) and family companionship. RS puppies are AKC registered, come with a health guarantee, money back for titles earned and always have a home with us should unexpected circumstances arise.

This is one of those moments that remind you exactly why you do it.
When Rykr was just a baby I knew he was the right dog for Amber, just one small detail he was black and she wanted a sable. She already had one of my black dogs. But I told her, this is your puppy he is everything you asked for, except color LOL. I am so happy she trusted me and took him home. We still laugh about it to this day, but as they say a Good dog is never a bad color.
I can't express how proud of both of them I am. The tremendous dedication, consistency and work Amber Herring Kresge has poured into Rykr as someone completely new to the SAR world deserves to be seen.
He is everything I knew he could be. This is what’s possible when the right dog finds the right person and they build a solid relationship.
I am excited to see what the future holds for this team. They are truly special and life saving. Thank you to everyone who supported and voted for Rykr.
