FIRST WEEK OF SCENT LEAGUE IS POSTPONED DUE TO EXCESSIVE HEAT ADVISORY !!
Due to the excessive heat advisory this Friday, BAD has decided to move week 1 of the scent league to July 26, 2024. The rest of the premium will remain the same. The judges will stay the same for week 1. They will just move to July 26.
If this does not work for anyone, you can see Carol and swap checks.
If you know of anyone that was going to do "day of", please pass the word.

$15 per run- 5 or more runs per handler over the 5 weeks.

Speedway Run Thrus Saturday, March 11th; two runs for $10.00. Doors open at 5:00 pm, with runs starting by 6:00 pm.

Since we are offering team runs at our April 16th trial, will be introducing Hairpin as one of the options Saturday. The second course will be slingshot or pit stop; any preferences?

If you are still looking for a partner for the April trial, please feel free to share on this thread… you never know who else is looking!

Note: per CPE trial rules, “If a team class is offered and a Partner is not listed on the entry form, then the club may randomly select the team. If there is an odd number of dogs entered in the class, then the club may use and accommodating dog to run for no score for the odd numbered dog.”

Breakaway Action Dogs will be hosting our first Speedway Trial Sunday, November 6, 2022. We have Qualifying ribbons, 1-4 placement ribbons, and new title ribbons. And an added bonus of HIT for each division!!!

Multi time world team member Tracy Riley has been actively involved in the sport of Agility since 2002, collecting numerous Regional & International medals throughout her career. She has successfully competed in Agility with a variety of dogs of all shapes, sizes and temperaments.

In the competition ring, her runs are noted for accuracy, consistency and speed! In addition to holding numerous high level titles, Tracy and her canine teammates have earned multiple wins and placements at local, regional, national and international events. Tracy is an experienced trainer who can build drive and focus, think quickly on her feet and handle fast dogs. She is a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual who teaches in a clear and simplified manner. Tracy uses positive reinforcement, games, and shaping to build winning behaviors in dogs while teaching their handlers to be consistent and positive. She emphasizes teamwork, consistency, handling skills and most importantly, fun for both handler and dog. In addition, Tracy has extensive experience teaching private lessons, local classes, and seminars throughout the US.
