Update - Jack has seen the ophthalmologist. Unfortunately part of his eyes did not developed properly. He will have limited vision for his life. He has an amazing adopter who understands his handicap. Thank you to those who donated for his exam. Jack is thriving. He is even taking puppy classes and doing well!

Update - Jack is scheduled for his evaluation on December 16th. The evaluation cost is $225. We will update this post once we have a diagnosis! Thank you to those that have donated so far❤️

Hello favorite Followers! Meet Jack. Jack is a 12 week old English Shepherd who does not have full vision. We have seen out regularly vet and other than his sight issues he is a healthy boy.

We are waiting for an appointment with the ophthalmologist. Our hope is juvenile cataracts which can be fixed surgically when he is done growing. At this time Jack is not available for adoption. We want to make sure that he gets an all clear from the vets before we send this incredible boy home.

Once we see the specialist we will have a better idea of time, treatment and cost. I know it’s a tough time of year financially but if you could possibly find it in your heart to help Jack we would be incredibly appreciative.
