First of all I would like to thank all of my clients past and present. I haven’t posted in a while but I felt the need to post this reminder for those who have missed appointments recently. I appreciate your business but missed appointments are on my time and takes potential money earned from my day. Again, I am very blessed to have a successful business and it would not be possible without my clients (and the fact that I love grooming dogs).

Thank you for your patience. I will try to get caught up in the next three weeks or so and get back on track. I really do appreciate your business!! Attention Bow Wow beauty shop clients. Due to some recently missed appointments I felt it necessary to repost this.

If you miss your appointment without letting me know ahead of time there will be a $15 rescheduling fee added to your grooming cost for each dog. I realize we all have busy lives but missed appointments affects my time and $$. I appreciate your business and thank you! 😁🐶

Ok quick update regarding my post yesterday. 🥶 Do to possible electricity shut downs and weather, Bow Wow will not be open for scheduled appointments today or tomorrow. (Tuesday & Wednesday) If you have an appointment scheduled for these two days I will contact you at some point to reschedule. Keep yourself and your fur babies safe and warm!

Good morning Bow Wow clients! Due to this wonderful weather we are having this week I realize that some of you may not want to get your fur babies out in the cold. I am planning on keeping all appointments as are as long as I can. If you want to reschedule that is ok! Please let me know before your appointment. Just please be patient with me while trying to find spots open in the near future. As of today, I am booked up until the middle of March. Thank y’all! Stay warm!

As we approach the end of this crazy year of 2020, I want to thank each and every one of my Bow Wow clients and customers. From regulars to not so regulars to new clients! I appreciate your business and support over the past three and a half years. I hope I can continue to be your special fur babies groomer. With that being said, I am going to begin adding a $15 rescheduling fee to any appointments missed that want to be rescheduled if I was not notified before your appointment time.
