As we grow we have been receiving a lot of calls and messages from new customers far and wide and thought it would be a good time to make an updated FAQ! If there are questions you didn’t see, please ask and we will answer. 😉

Q: where are you located?
A: Frederica Delaware.

Q: Do you have a store front?
A: No, we are an online store that offers local pick up & delivery to our neighboring customers.

Q: Do you sell animals?
A: We used to but we no longer offer pets for sale.

Q: No you special order animals?
A: Once we could but after some bad experiences we stopped and recommend people to look for reputable breeders.

Q: Do you do consignments with breeders?
A: No, we would rather have contact with reputable breeders so we can send customers to them.

Q: Do you sell feeder mice/rats for snakes?
A: Yes but only frozen/thaw.

Q: Do you sell feeder insects?
A: we sell a variety of feeder insects.

Q: Do you take in pets?
A: We do. We operate a rescue for exotic pets called FrogTown Friends. Though we recommend visiting our website to see what we do take in as some animals we are not equipped to care for.

Q: Do you ship?
A: We ship throughout the U.S. depending on the product you order and where it is going. Many feeder insects we offer cannot go to certain states. For that we apologize.

Q: Do you ship the pets you rescue?
A: No. Anyone interested in adopting a FrogTown Friend must be able to pick up from our hub.

Q: Do you have a business license?
A: We sure do! We have an LLC business license through the state of Delaware and county.

Q: Are you a vet?
A: No but we can point you in the direction to one.

Q: Can you give medical advice for my pet?
A: No, we are not a licensed DVM and cannot provide medical advice. We can only give instructions on what to do until you can see a vet.

Happy rainbow bridge Remembrance Day!

August 28th is known as Rainbow Bridge Remembrance Day but is known to be celebrated all month long. It is a time to remember the pets that made an impact on our lives.

Little Jason the leopard gecko has not made any improvements. We have been observing him, taking videos and notes for the doc and made an appointment. We have theories of what might be causing his condition but only a vet appointment can confirm our suspicions. Right now he is getting daily supportive care. He is drinking and he will eat with assistance.

Dolly wasn’t just an entertainer but a compassionate and kind person that donated not some but millions of dollars into charities. Her own organization , the Dollywood foundation, helps children with education and disaster relief. She also has partnered with many animal rescues, conservations, and rehabilitation centers like the American eagle foundation that rehabilitates and release American bald eagles.
