O.K. Estes is a renowned Cutting Horse Trainer, who specializes in cow horse training, all age breaking, and owner lessons and education. Estes has been an active member of the National Cutting Horse Association (NCHA) since 1966. He served on the board of directors of the NCHA for more than 20 years and served the organization as an approved judge for ten years. As president of four different NCHA local affiliates, Estes organized and managed multiple NHCA shows and clinics across the country, from Arizona to New York. In addition to owning, training, and showing multiple nationally ranked cutting horses, Estes has worked with multiple NCHA legends, including Tommy Lyons, Shorty Freeman, Bill Freeman, Mike Mowery, Don Dodge, and Mr. James Kinney. Estes has been written up and interviewed by the coveted "Texas Monthly," "Western Horse Shooting Magazine," and "Horse Journal." He has also had guest appearances on TV networks such as "Equestrian Nation" (RFD-TV), "Best of America on Horseback" (RFD-TV), and "Best of the West" (Outdoor Channel).
