For those of you that don’t know, the two whole reasons I started this business have left me and gone to heaven. We lost Princess Thea on 12/27/25 and now we’ve lost Stitch on 4/4/26. I am forever broken! 💔😭

Awhile back I stopped taking new clients and was passing current clients to other pet sitters. I needed that time to not only care for them as they deteriorated with cancer but to spend as much time with them as I could.

Now that they’re gone do I go back to growing this business or close down and move on with my life? I would like to continue to grow but I don’t know that it can sustain me anymore. Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers as I figure this out 😘🐾

I didn’t fall off the face of the earth, I promise. I’ve just been taking less clients for personal reasons. I’m still here though. If I can’t help you I have a few ladies that I highly recommend to take my place.
Tonight is special because I am with our very first client ever. Technically, she was Alyssa’s first client ever and then became mine too. Layla was just a young pup living with her mommy and daddy.
We watched her when Mommy
& Daddy got married and when they were in the hospital having their first baby. Now Layla has a canine sister and three human siblings. She will always have such a special place in our hearts. Say hi to Layla & her sister Lolli 💖💖 (both rescue dogs btw) ❤️🐾

We hate to do this , But we are temporarily closed for intake until further notice. Our Rescue is currently home to 15 adults, 5 teens (5-10 months old), 23 puppies (4-12 weeks old), and a pregnant mother. We urge you to visit our adoptable pups at events and give them a second chance at life by opening your heart and home. We can’t continue to save anymore dogs & puppies until what we have get adopted.

The downside of rescue is having to say goodbye! What a gift we can give them though so that they don’t suffer anymore. Lots of broken hearts tonight….DBU team, her two foster moms, me & Alyssa. Run free over that bridge Princess Piper. I know you’re so happy now chasing tennis balls with an all you can eat treat buffet. We will all see you again someday, somewhere over the rainbow.

Just a heads up to my clients. Last night I came down with something. Uncontrollable shakes, fever, weakness, etc. I had to miss a funeral I wanted to attend today. Not sure if I have Covid or the flu or what. If I have you booked for this weekend either Alyssa or Chris or both will be doing the jobs for me. If I am supposed to meet you for the first time this weekend unfortunately we’ll have to reschedule. I sincerely apologize. Hoping to be better by Monday for my normal weekly clients. I don’t know what this is but it has me down for the count 🥶😷🙏🏻❤️‍🩹

Not sure what I would do without my four legged friends! This is just a fraction of the pictures from the past few months. They truly make me happy. How much do you love your job?
