Hello everyone!
Thank you for checking out our official page for Dried Creek Farms-Basset Hounds located in Louisiana!
Let us start by introducing ourselves:
We are Chase & Karlie Payne. We recently became husband and wife May 2025 and at the moment we have 2 wonderful fur babies, Iris Sue and Tucker Cash.
In our spare time we like to fish, spend time with our families and love on our fur babies.
Iris Sue is a 3.5 year old Catahoulla Cur mix Karlie adopted in February 2021. She is a spunky, sweet, energetic and sassy girl who loves people, treats and her brother Tucker.
Tucker Cash our first basset baby was brought into the family in July of 2025 by Chase and Karlie. He is our moody, playful, lazy boy that we love so dearly and are oh so blessed to call him ours.
How we started DCF:
When Chase and I married we had planned to get another fur baby to act as a companion to our sweet Iris who was already use to being around other dogs at all times. So we decided we wanted to get a basset hound and that's when we found our sweet Tucker. After having Tucker for a few days we realized we wanted to share the basset hound love eventually (when the time comes). And so Dried Creek Basset Farms was brought to life.
We strive to raise the best and healthiest bassests around! We (will) breed and raise our puppies in a loving environment, with a focus on making the transition from our home to yours as easy as we possibly can.
