Josie, my buckskin went to the trainer this past weekend. I can't wait to get her back in a couple of months! I'm giving Chad Ray's son the opportunity to train her under his supervision, I know he will do well.

Look at our gorgeous 2yo buckskin filly. We purchased her from Sharon Nelson Hubbard as a weanling and couldn't be happier with how she is turning out! Love her dapples! PS - Sharon has more!!

She's a 3yo with Leo Hancock Hayes out of Blue Valentine as grandsire top and bottom! Which makes her 50% Leo Hancock Hays!

Was 14.1 over a year ago and has grown but haven't measured her lately.

Very sweet and loves attention!

Learns new things quickly.

Unfortunately when breeding things don't always go as planned. Our mare Rita was expecting her 6th foal this week. After checking on her at midnight and then again at 6:30 am no foal. When I got home from work at 2pm she had had her foal, a big grulla roan c**t, but he was on the other side of the fence. Not sure why, or how he got there, but she wanted nothing to do with him! We milked her colostrum fed it to him and the vet administered fluids, but he passed the next afternoon. We will never know exactly what happened, but at least Rita is okay. God always has a plan, may not be the same as ours, but ultimately He is in charge! R.I.P. little guy!

We have been so blessed to have our babies go to such wonderful forever homes. Over the past couple of years we have sold a dozen horses, mostly weanlings or yearlings and they all have gone to such great homes! God answers my prayers when I ask him to find the perfect home/partner for our babies. Thank you to all the Twisted Creek Quarter Horse owners!
