The clinic will be closed Friday August1st. We will be celebrating our grand opening of our new clinic. This day marks the 35 th anniversary day of the clinic originally opening on August 1st 1990.
Please park in grass lot beside the clinic entering next to the stop sign on Delaware road.

Thanks for being patient this first week of opening the new building. It was a very exciting week for us!!!
We are updating everyone’s profile and legal forms at check in which is taking some extra time and patience.
We are still not offering walk-ins yet, but you can call, and we will give you a timeframe to come as we are trying to spread out the caseload.
Remember the phones are also extra busy because everyone is excited to learn our tentative schedule and come see new building.
A grand opening will be announced soon.

We are all moved into our big beautiful new building!!!!
It’s been a long tiring week- kudos to my staff for an outstanding job of trying to accommodate our client needs and moving.
The clinic will be closed tomorrow as the staff will be in training.
Remember next week we will not offer walk ins. We will have limited appointments as we will still be learning our new building and program.

Hope everyone is enjoying their July 4th weekend.

Exciting news !!!!! We will begin moving to the new building starting Monday July 7th. Between July7th and July 20th, we WILL NOT be offering walk in opportunities. You will need to call for an appointment or a time to come in. If you already have an appointment, you are still good to keep it.

Please be patient as we are learning a new floor plan and new computer program; therefore, we are limited to the amount of clients we can see, so we will accommodate our clients first.
Keep in mind - requesting records and online prescriptions will be delayed.

Can’t wait to announce our grand opening celebration full of fun, excitement and the grand tour!!!

Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday!
Dr. Bradshaw will not be back in the office til Monday December 30th. The clinic will remain open it’s regular hours.
