Our industry runs 100% on the skilled hands of the people providing your pet’s care. Missed appointments, lack of communication, and disrespect don’t just “inconvenience” us...they directly impact the talented, compassionate groomers who keep your pets looking and feeling their best.

😊 Appointments matter. If you can’t keep one, please let us know! There are usually at least 87 people on the waiting list who would LOVE to fill your spot with proper notice.
😌 Emergencies happen. We absolutely understand and will always work with you in a true emergency.
😠 Verbal abuse, profanity, or disrespect? That will result in an immediate discontinuation of service. Period.

These policies aren’t meant to be punitive...they exist to protect our team and ensure fairness for everyone, including the many clients who do communicate and respect their groomer’s time.

We are endlessly proud of our team. Their skill, patience, and heart for this work are what make Flying Fur what it is, and they deserve nothing less than respect in return.
