A friendly reminder when filling out our new client registration form...
Please, and we cannot stress this enough, make sure you know your address. 🐾
Not the address from three houses ago.
Not your old house from before you got married.
Not your mailing address when your grooming appointment is at your daughter's house.
Not "the white house by the church."
Not "the one with the blue shutters."
Your actual address. 😅
We know this sounds obvious, but you would be amazed how often we receive addresses that don't exist, are incomplete, are missing house numbers, or lead us to an entirely different location.
As much as we'd love to believe our groomers possess magical powers, GPS only works if we are given the correct destination.
Help us help you by double checking your address before submitting your registration. Your groomer, your dog, and the confused stranger expecting a pizza instead of a grooming van will all appreciate it. 🐾
