So many Aussies in one room (and a few Aussie “imposters” too 😜 It was a busy morning working with some great pups and their owners learning about k9 fitness and trying out some exercises. Many of these dogs have never been on equipment. They all did so great! Thank you for inviting me to you meeting 🙂

Fitness with Carolyn is back!!

Sad to see another class end but amazed at the progress all of these teams made over the past couple of months. The returning pairs showed an ability to progress to harder exercises and the new pairs found each week easier as their dogs gained strength and skills. Way to go!

Her rear foot pivot is so strong that this ipsilateral exercise makes for a mentally tired dog! We’ve been working on breaking it down into pieces and we are making progress. She’s so proud 🙂

That’s a wrap- fitness 1 and 2 finished up with a bang last night! I am so proud of this group of trainers and their commitment to keep their dogs fit and healthy. They did the work and gained so much over the past 12 weeks. Looking forward to our next session 🙂

Last night started another session of Fitness fun! Half the class is made up of returning students while the other half are just beginning their fitness journeys. (didn’t manage to get every one in a picture 😞 It was a busy night but so much fun!) I’m excited to help these humans and dogs with their fitness goals!
