A tan jumper my husband found in the house! Did you know for this species the key distinguishing feature between males and females is the color of the "mask" or stripe under their primary eyes.  Orange = boy and white = girl.

Nova, the Neischonocolus sp Panama. Nova is a shy little spider and isn't out often as a sling. I was super excited to see Nova out hunting last night. It's hard to get good pics though as once the lights are on, Nova headed right back to the burrow. Nova is a dwarf tarantula and the growth rate is slow to medium.

Free Guy was out last night, but by morning his burrow was sealed. Luckily I have a little window into his burrow on the side of his enclosure to view him (for now). He seems to mostly close off his burrow except for right after a molt when he's hungry. Btw, I have no clue if he's actually a free guy or gal.
