As many of you know, Hopeful Hearts is transitioning into a new model that will allow me to continue helping animals in a more sustainable way.

I’m excited to introduce Lilac & Hearth—a compassionate pet surrender and adoption service dedicated to giving pets a safe path from one home to the next. With years of rescue experience, veterinary technician experience, and a lifelong passion for animal welfare, I’m committed to helping pets and families through ethical, judgment-free rehoming and adoption.

🍊 Tomorrow is a big day for our citrus crew! 🧡

Mango, Marmalade, Tangerine, and Satsuma all have their spay appointments tomorrow, and we couldn’t be more excited! This is an important step in getting these sweet girls healthy, fully vetted, and one step closer to finding their forever families.

As many of you know, Hopeful Hearts is entering its final chapter as an organization. This decision has not been easy, but after a lot of thought, it’s the best path forward.

While we work through closing the current organization and preparing for a new beginning, we still have one very important responsibility—to honor the commitments we’ve already made to the animals we’ve rescued.
