Creekside Farm and Equine Rescue Creekside Farm and Equine Rescue is a 501c3 nonprofit animal rescue located in Fountain Inn, SC.

Our mission is to end the abuse and neglect of farm animals by being a resource to owners and animal control in our area.

It's National Dog Day! Let's see those pups!!
📷 Bruno aka Bitsy Spider. He came to us from the shelter, where he was part of a backyard breeding seizure. Now he's living his best life, and embracing every new 'do' he gets ❤️ 🤣 He's one of 8 dogs we have here - all rescues from various circumstances!

It's that time again. The time when we beg for donations. We've made our most recent hay run last twice as long, thanks to the rain! What grass grew has now been mowed down by the hungry hungry hippos, and we're needing to put more hay out. We were also told that the next bales will increase by $5, making it $45/bale. We have $60 in our account.

We also need grain. Each bag is around $32 (sometimes we can find it on sale 🙌). We feed 1 bag every day.

If anyone feels led to contribute, we'd absolutely appreciate it, and I know the growling bellies would, too! $165 covers the remainder of our hay run. Anything extra will be put towards grain!

Moolissa is sooooo hungry, she immediately bombards anyone who goes into her pasture! Ok...so she's really just begging for attention...she gets fed daily, AND has a lot all to herself (meaning she gets all the grass to herself). But she did want me to let everyone know that she and her friends are almost out of hay! We need to make a run this weekend, which is $200. We have $4 in our account. Each bale is $40 and we need 5. Can anyone spare a few dollars to help cover this run, and keep Moolissa from trampling us, even if for a few minutes?! 🤪🤣

What? Doesn't everyone do fence repairs with a heat index of 126°F?? 🥵

Lots and lots of LMNT and Liquid IV being consumed! Be sure to stay hydrated and let those horses rest during this heat!!!

This week will be full of filling troughs, cold baths, and hay runs! We also need a couple of plastic kiddie pools for the piggies. Did you know that pigs, like dogs, can't sweat?! They rely on mud and wallows to stay cool. And pools of water!

This week we'll need 5 bales of hay ($40/bale). And if anyone feels led to donate pools (even used, as long as they'll hold water), we'd welcome anything we can get!! All physical donations can be left at our gate.
