Tails of the Week Spotlight: Lexi the Blue Heeler💙
Welcome to our very first spotlight, where tails wag and stories are told,
About pups with big hearts and personalities bold!
Meet Lexi the Heeler, so loyal and true,
A fearless little pup with a heart made of blue.
She patrols her yard with a confident stride,
Keeping her family safe right by her side.
Her baby brother is her favorite little mate,
She watches and protects him — she does that job great.
With a wag of her tail and a sweet puppy grin,
Lexi’s furry guardian duties begin.
She’s brave as can be, there’s no doubt in her mind…
Until a few “scary” things she happens to find. 😂
A chicken in the yard? “What’s that doing here?” 🐔
A plastic bag blowing? “It’s something to fear!” 🛍️
A stray little cat crossing her way? 🐈
“Maybe I’ll watch from a distance today!”
But bring out the treats or say “it’s time to eat,”
And suddenly Lexi is back on her feet!
Dinnertime excitement is her favorite thing,
You’ll see happy dances and a wagging tail swing.
For belly rubs and snuggles, she’s always nearby,
With the sweetest little look in her puppy-dog eyes.
And if Sonic ice happens to come her way…
That might just make it the best kind of day! 🧊😂
So here’s to Lexi, our first pup in sight,
A protector by day and a cuddlebug at night.
A Blue Heeler with love that’s bigger than she’ll show…
