Miranda's Rescue is a 50 acre facility with 30 working acres. We are located on the corner of Drake Hill & Sandy Prairie Roads. The Drake Hill Road Entrance houses our wonderful, hugable and adoptable dogs, puppies, cats & kittens while the Sandy Prairie Road Entrance houses the large & small animals up for adoption as well as sanctuary animals. We are a small family based Non-Profit always runnin
g on fumes and rely on our community. We take in animals of all ages, sizes and backgrounds. We are considered their second or last chance often, most come from shelters kill list. We do believe all animals deserve this. We always have about 200 animals and we are always looking for volunteers. Shannon Miranda not only founded, but also runs the day to day operation. He lives and breathes animal rescue and if you want to get involved he will greet you with open arms.
