🥇 GOLD LEVEL | 8+ STAYS
⭐ No reservation deposit required to secure your pup’s stay*
⭐ Exclusive access to additional boarding availability reserved for Gold Level clients

📌 KEEPING YOUR LOYALTY BENEFITS ACTIVE
To remain eligible for all benefits associated with your pup’s loyalty level, clients must:
✔️ Maintain a positive and dependable payment history
✔️ Have no more than one last-minute cancellation within a 12-month period
✔️ Complete at least one stay within every 12-month period
A cancellation made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date is considered a last-minute cancellation.
If repeated payment issues or multiple last-minute cancellations occur, we will contact you to discuss your account. A higher reservation deposit or additional payment before arrival may be required, regardless of loyalty level.
🔒 YOUR PUP’S ACHIEVED LEVEL
Once your pup reaches a loyalty level, they are locked into that level as long as the program’s ongoing eligibility requirements remain satisfied.
Program qualifications are reviewed at the beginning of each year and may be adjusted when necessary. Any changes affecting the number of stays required to advance to a new level will be announced in advance and take effect on March 1 of the following program year.
This means your pup will not lose an already-earned level solely because the advancement requirements change. However, they must meet the updated qualifications to advance to the next level.
