The weekend is here, and it's expected to be a long, cold one. On Monday, January 19, Fort Wayne Community Schools will be closed to honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and his legacy. Temperatures are forecasted to drop below zero on Monday and continue into Tuesday. To ensure everyone's safety and to give families time to prepare, we will start school two hours later on Tuesday. We will monitor the weather closely, and if conditions do not improve, we will announce any necessary changes. Additionally, students will take their devices home.
