📢📢📢📢 ATTENTION FOR UPCOMING SCHEDULE CHANGES 📢📢📢📢

Dear Stellhorn family,
I just wanted to let everyone know that our office will be closed on Tuesday, February 3 until 3pm due to a planned outage by AEP while they replace an electric pole. If all goes to AEP's plan, we should be open and working normally after 3pm. I also wanted to inform everyone that I will be gone from February 13 thru February 19 for a Veterinary conference. Dr Van Horn will be available for appointments on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of that week. We will be open on Thursday with no doctor available and I will be back to work on Friday. Thank you for your time and attention.

Our phone system is back up, but please be patient because something happened to our phone system after the repairs we had. We are only working with one phone line and we cannot fax. There is also no outgoing message after hours. So, after 6:00 PM and before 8:00 AM, the phone will just ring, and we will not answer it. Sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Dr. Couch will be out of the office from January 18-January 22, 2025. There will be no doctor here for appointments, lab work, and/or approving medications. Techs and assistants will be in the office to answer phone calls and to dispense approved medications/food. In case of an emergency, please go to NIVES or Southwest Veterinary Urgent Care.
