Usually, all fees are due upon drop off. Due to the last couple of years of irregularities with clients, I’ve had to reevaluate fees and policy. September through May, daily fees will double if pick up time is after 8 PM. If those fees aren’t paid, then payment upon drop off will be strictly enforced. If any overage of fees due to late pick up aren’t paid in advance pups will not be permitted to come back until all fees are paid.
