✨¡PINTXOS!✨

Pintxos are little bite sized dishes meant to be eaten with a round of drinks. They are uually served on top of a piece of toast which acts as a little plate that you can eat after you devour the pintxo!

We're serving up these three on Wednesday for dinner (4-9 pm), and only Wednesday, just for you!
W**e is HALF OFF by the glass on Wednesday, so adding these is pretty much a dream team combo!

RIBEYE BROCHETTE - ribeye marinated in NMRNJSTYL* sauce (a sauce Bo's 9 year old son made and was waaaay too delicious to not put on something. It stands for New Mexico Rules New Jersey Style Sauce), red onion, roasted red pepper, parmesan cream sauce, chives. $6

PINTXO MORUNO - moorish marinated Hoffman Organics chicken breast, kebab shop white sauce, sumac, pickled red onion. $4

GILDA MATRIMONIO - cantabrian anchovy (that traveled home with Bo from Spain), boquerone, olive, piparra peppers, served over potato chips. $4

*NMRNJSTYL sauce = fish sauce, black vinegar, garlic, honey, hot sauce and a little bit of a ketchup, sorta like A-1…SORT OF.
