Don't forget your monthly prevention! I often hear people say their pets don't go outside and therefor don't need flea or heartworm prevention! Not only did I see a mosquito fly into my house just yesterday but my indoor only kitties missed some prevention and got fleas from an outside kitty that hangs around my house!
We have multiple different options for prevention so we are sure to find something that is right for you and your furry friend

It's getting warmer out which means we are all out strutting our doggies around and getting those steps in! Be careful of standing/still water as it can carry harmful bacteria such as Leptospirosis

This serious bacterial infection can affect both animals and humans!
Key points about Leptospirosis:
Spread through contact with infected animal urine or contaminated water
Symptoms: fever, vomiting, jaundice, muscle pain, lethargy
Can cause kidney and liver failure if left untreated
Preventable through vaccination
