That time of year when our Dr. and staff leave the clinic for a week to find our peace of mind and joy. From May 2-11th our office will be closed. If you have a medical emergency you will need to seek other veterinary assistance. You will find our happy faces again on May 12th, just in time for Dr. Gray's BIRTHDAY!

It isn’t just your veterinarians’s concern but an entire community concern.

The AVMA House of Delegates (HOD) asked the AVMA Board of Directors (BOD) to consider prioritizing resources in support of veterinarians in rural practices during its regular annual winter session.

Midst current veterinarian shortages, the Veterinary industry is opening the door for a new role within the industry, Veterinary Professional Associate. The VPA will assist the veterinarian as a Nurse Practitioner does within the human medical, filling care roles in diagnosing and treating pets under the direction of a licensed veterinarian.

Colorado State University’s veterinary professional associate program has been approved by the university’s governing body following the passage of Proposition 129 in Colorado last year. The two-year master’s in veterinary clinical care degree program focuses on small animal primary care.
