Some people don’t want to work with localities and that’s fine. You can selectively breed mainlands and produce incredible animals too. Locality influence has huge potential but yet Ternates and Halmas can also be flighty little as****es. Both are awesome and a lot of people simply want a beautiful, calm mainland.

Gene stacking has produced some of the BEST and WORST animals we’ve seen. Stack the right genetics and the results can be absolutely insane.

Locality projects and morph mainlands are 2 completely different approaches, markets, and even animals behaviors. That’s what makes this hobby great. There are a lot of ways to do things and still produce something awesome.

Tearing down good breeders who take care of their animals, their customers, and breed responsibly just because they don’t work with the same bloodlines does nothing but damages the community and is a very sh*tty approach to take in order to make points or discreetly market animals.

Let people work with what they like. There’s room for both to coexsist. Both are going in awesome directions in their own way. Save the criticism for the people mass producing garbage, breeding just to breed or not giving these animals the proper care they deserve.
