Momma, "Queen" 👑, and the puppies, "Wednesday" 🕸 and "Sally" 🪡, are doing well. They are three days old so far, growing well, and have a check-up tomorrow.

It's with a heavy heart I write this...our precious Zombie that was brought back to life has crossed over the rainbow bridge 🌈

The Doctor told us we did everything we could and there was nothing more we could have done and we gave her the best fighting chance.

R.I.P baby girl. You're now up there running in the fields with your sister 😭🙏❤️

The puppies are here!!! The last 24hrs have been pretty intense and a whirlwind of emotions 😮‍💨

11:00am - Arrive to the vet for a routine check up for what we believe to be day 55 of pregnancy. Check up is good 😁

12:30pm - Leave the vets office with no signs of distress👌

3:30pm - A green glob is found on the floor at home with yellowish liquid. A call to the vet is made. Momma is breathing heavy and we are told to come in 😰

4:15pm - The Doctor tells us there is a dead puppy stuck in the birth canal. 😔 We're told the pregnancy may have to be aborted as the remaining puppies would be too young to survive😢

4:30pm - Momma aborted the dead fetus on her own and it's determined that it's very premature and would not have survived on it's own. The same is assumed for all 😭

5:00pm - The decision is made to perform the c-section to see if there is a chance for any of the remaining puppies to live🙏

*Three hours of not knowing goes by...*

8:00pm - Doctor tells us there were 4 puppies in the womb, and that 3 survived!!! 🥰 Two of the puppies were stillborn but they were able to bring one of them back 🙌

Turns out they were completely full term and the premature one likely died a few days earlier.

Thankfully we made the decision to try and save any that we could and now we have our 3 beautiful pups 🐶❤️

They are eating well, with the exception of one that we are currently tube feeding, but doing good otherwise. We have a long road ahead but we’re optimistic 🤞🏼More updates and pictures to come!

Four puppies 🐶 have been confirmed!!! You can clearly see them all in the Xray.

Next steps are temperature checks twice a day, and monitoring signs of distress/labor.

Reverse PG testing on day 58 (Saturday) then schedule a c-section. It's almost time! 🙌 🥰
