Because in a society that is constantly asking you to conform, those that have the courage to be their authentic selves change everything.

Authenticity requires alot.

It asks you to be vulnerable.

Transparent.

And to have integrity.

Authenticity comes with risks.

The risk of honoring your authentic self vs the pressure to be socially accepted.

However despite its challenges.

Authenticity moves mountains.

Because everything changes when you begin to emit your own frequency.

So begin today to practice.

To make concious choices of how you want to live.

To make a concious choice to show up and be real.

To choose to be honest.

And allow your true self to be seen.

I have come to learn this doesn’t only apply to horses. It applies to people and dogs too. Especially the young ones as we raise them up to become productive individuals. Think about it…..
