Thank you all for keeping us so busy! We do have a cancellation list started in case any openings pop up, and we’ll do our best to accommodate reschedules where possible.

🌲 48-Hour Cancellation Policy ❌
We’ll be strictly enforcing our 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please CALL the shop so we can assist you. Reminder texts are going out 3 weeks prior and again the day before your appointment. We understand that life happens, please just keep us in the loop!

We have zero tolerance for any disrespectful or belligerent behavior toward our staff. Our receptionist and grooming team work incredibly hard to care for your pets, and we deeply appreciate everyone who treats them with kindness and courtesy.
