📢 Schedule Update

After a lot of thought, I've decided to make a few adjustments to my grooming schedule moving forward.

Beginning August 4st, 2026, my regular grooming days will be Tuesday - Friday.

This change will allow me to maintain a healthy work-life balance while continuing to provide the one-on-one care, patience, and attention that your pets deserve.

As a result of this schedule change, I strongly recommend pre-booking future appointments, especially for dogs on a regular haircut schedule. This helps ensure your pup stays on their recommended grooming schedule and allows me to reserve a spot that works best for you.

Thank you all for your continued support and understanding. I truly appreciate every one of you and your wonderful pets! 🩵

📢 Policy Update, Please Read! 📢

As That's So Fetch continues to grow, I'd like to share a few updates regarding scheduling and appointments.

✂️ Haircut Maintenance

Dogs receiving full haircuts will be required to remain on a recurring grooming schedule of every 4–8 weeks, depending on their coat type and grooming needs.

Routine grooming helps keep pets comfortable, prevents matting, and allows me to provide the highest quality groom possible. Unfortunately, I will no longer be able to accommodate dogs that consistently go beyond their recommended grooming schedule, as it can impact coat condition, pet comfort, and the quality of the groom.

📅 Missed Appointments & Cancellations

• Clients who miss more than one appointment will be required to pay a deposit when booking future appointments.

• Clients who repeatedly cancel appointments with less than 48 hours' notice will be required to pay a deposit when booking future appointments.

• Deposits are applied toward the cost of the groom and are not an additional fee. *Deposits for missed or canceled appointments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred or applied to future appointments.*

• Genuine emergencies will always be treated with understanding and handled on a case-by-case basis.

📖 Pre-Booking

Due to limited availability, I highly recommend pre-booking your pet's next appointment before leaving their current one. This helps maintain their recommended grooming schedule and ensures I can reserve a spot that works best for you and your pup.

Mr. Orwell has been busy entertaining family, and by the time he made it to his spa day, he was more than ready for a little peace and quiet. 😆

This handsome gentleman spent most of his appointment relaxing and falling asleep while I worked. After all the excitement at home, a bath, brush out, and tidy-up were exactly what he needed.

Now he's looking refreshed, feeling comfortable, and ready to get back to being the charming little gentleman he is. ✨

Mr. Yagi is a whole lot of fluff, a whole lot of personality, and an even bigger sweetheart! 🥰

This handsome giant has some very strong opinions about bath time and likes to show off his best dance moves on the grooming table. 😆 But once the treats come out, suddenly life isn't so bad after all. 🍪

After a good de-shed, blowout, and tidy-up, Yagi is looking extra majestic and ready to take on the world one treat at a time. His coat is light, fluffy, and feeling much more comfortable for the warmer weather ahead. ☀️

Miss Tiny may be little, but she had some very strong opinions about her spa day. 😅

✔️ Ear cleaning? No problem.

❌ Nail trimming? Absolutely not.

❌ Bath? Also no.

🔥 Warm cat dryer? Big YES.
-Once she discovered the warm air, suddenly life wasn't so bad after all. 😂

While hairless cats may not leave the salon looking dramatically different, regular grooming is still incredibly important. Their skin naturally produces oils that would normally be absorbed by a coat, so routine bathing helps keep their skin clean, comfortable, and healthy.

The biggest difference isn't always what you see—it's what you feel! Tiny left feeling fresh, soft, and squeaky clean, ready to resume her duties as the tiny Egyptian goddess she clearly believes herself to be. 👑✨

Once the grooming is finished and the treats start appearing, suddenly he's all smiles, happy hops, and ready to celebrate being fresh and clean! ✨

After a good bath, tidy-up, and plenty of pampering, this handsome gentleman is looking and feeling his very best.

If enthusiasm was a competitive sport, Enzo would be bringing home gold medals 😅

This handsome guy comes in with enough energy to power the entire salon, but once he's on the table, he's learning that spa day time means slowing down, relaxing, and enjoying a little pampering. He's made so much progress with settling in and trusting the process 🥰

Now, are we completely at peace with grooming? Well... almost. The nail file remains Enzo's sworn enemy 😂 But with a little patience, a lot of treats, and some convincing negotiations, we always make it through.

After his bath, haircut, and tidy-up, he was looking handsome, polished, and ready to zoom into his next adventure ✨

Teddi 🌸

Miss Teddi has come such a long way since the first time we met 🥹
When she first started coming to see me, grooming was something she wasn't quite sure about. Building trust took time, patience, and lots of calm, reassuring spa days. Watching her grow more confident with each visit has been one of the most rewarding journeys I've had as a groomer 💕

Today, Teddi handles her appointments so much better, and while I'm sad to see her go, I'm incredibly proud of how far she's come. I hope I've helped show her that spa days aren't so scary after all, and that she carries that confidence with her to her next pet groomer 💕

After her spa day, she was looking and feeling fresh, beautiful, and ready to take on her next adventure ✨
