Large dry lot for lease - 4-6 horses, large shelter, large heated water, multiple feeders, open to full or partial care, message for more details!

Group pen - full care - Large group pen woth 3 horses max or private pen for 2 horses that includes free choice hay, can include alfalfa, 2x owner provided grain, blanketing, daily cleaning, heated water during winter, turnout option May-October. All boarding options include trailer parking, spot in one of our tack sheds, use of arena and equipment, use of round pen, access to ditch trail, and daily monitoring/care including night check.

Pasture - partial care - Spots available in mare and gelding pastures. No more than 6 horses in each pasture. Large grass pasture with free choice hay in haynet, multiple shelters, heated water during winter, severe weather blanketing. All boarding options include trailer parking, spot in one of our tack sheds, use of arena and equipment, use of round pen, access to ditch trail, and daily monitoring/care including night check. Spot in mixed herd available now and spot in gelding herd only coming soon.

Hi everyone, we will unfortunately be cancelling our schooling show due to the EHV/EHM outbreak. Since there has been a confirmed case in Larimer county we do not want to risk any horses health and safety! We wish everyone a very happy holiday season and look forward to seeing you all in the Spring!

We have 1 pasture and 1-2 pen spots coming available. Please reach out to schedule a tour if you are interested!

Pen includes owner-provided grain and supplements 2x daily, hay fed in slow-feed haynets 2x a day, can include evening grass pasture turnout May-October. Access to round pen, large arena with jumps, poles, and cavalettis, and access to trails. It would be in a large pen with 1-2 other horses. Heated water tank for winter, cleaned regularly. Blanketing included. Spot in the tack shed and trailer parking included.

Pasture includes large 6-8 acre grass pasture, free choice hay with a slow-feed net year-round, heated water tank for winter, cleaned regularly. There are two shelters to ensure all horses have access. Pastures have no more than 6 horses. Severe weather blanketing. Spot in the tack shed and trailer parking included.

Owner lives onsite and does a night check. Top-notch care and a great group of boarders❤️!

Our hunter/jumper schooling show is just 2 weeks away! Make sure to get your entries in. We have everything from pile of poles up to 1.2 meters. This is a great place to get green horses some experience or just to come have some fun in a friendly, low-key environment! We hope to see you there!
