🐾 Meet Ruby, a brave German Shepherd whose story of resilience has touched our hearts. 🌟

🏠 Rescued by the dedicated team at from a lonely backyard in Texas, Ruby's beginning was a tale of neglect. She found herself abandoned, her bed nothing but a pile of trash, relying on the kindness of neighbors for food and water. One of our amazing Blueprint members volunteers with this animal rescue and shared her story of resilience.

💔 Ruby's plight resonates deeply with me. Having lost my beloved Finn, a German Shepherd, to a brain tumor too soon, I have a soft spot for this noble breed. Ruby's story is a reminder of the love and light these dogs bring into our lives. She shows love and happiness to people, even after all she went through!

✈️ Now safe in Connecticut, Ruby's new chapter is filled with hope and healing.

Taking time out for yourself is key, especially if your managing chronic health conditions.

Too often we forget about how to fill up our own cups because we are taking care of everyone else around else.

I'm notorious for this.

Rather than being present, I'm always thinking about what I need to do, how I can help people, what do I need to do for my clients, and I end up working all the time.

I love this photo, because it's in one my favorite places in the world with one of my most favorite humans. They are both reminders to sometimes slow down, be present and breathe.

And most importantly, feel the feelings that come up whether we're stressed or feeling gratitude and love.

This week, I'd love to challenge you to find 5 minutes to do something you love.

Whether it's sitting in nature, going for a walk, just sitting quietly, reading a chapter of a book, petting your pets and just simply being present with them or your friends and family.
