You may have heard about our puppy play dates at The Puppy School but did you know there is also a new "Senior Dog Hangout" group? All dogs benefit from social time with both other dogs and other people, no matter the age. Maybe you used to take your senior dog to the dog park but don't do that anymore for fear they might get hurt, or maybe they have lost some of their old friends and need new ones, or you just want to provide some new mental stimulation opportunities and calm fun for your old friend. This group is to give senior dogs an opportunity to be around other dogs their own age and also to give people the opportunity to share tips about what they do to ensure the continued happiness and well-being of their Senior Dogs. There is no cost to join this group. You can contact The Puppy School for more information and share the news with others you know who have older dogs.
