We're all very traumatized 😭 apparently AF had no idea she was pregnant. We went in to check tonight and there was 7 babies scattered across the wire, no fur in the box and she was in the process of chewing the bottom half off of one. I quickly pulled it out, scooped as many as I could grab in to Jake's pocket, and culled the poor baby. Jake almost threw up, and took the babies inside to start the heating pad. I found the rest and grabbed both her and the box. We were able to get the other 6 warmed enough to put on her belly to eat, they didnt appear to be over cleaned, and she was very comfortable in my lap getting her fur pulled to line her box. There was a placenta or two that fell through the wire and as best as I cant tell she mightve been trying to clean the baby or hide her evidence. She was alot calmer and happier when we put her and her box back in her cage. We're checking on everyone frequently right now, I'm not ruling out that we might have to try bottle feeding but we're gonna see how she does for a bit. We're just lucky we caught her early, they weren't but maybe an hour old
