I think the lullabies work just as well on the dogs as it does on the baby. Everyone is enjoying a morning nap after breakfast. ♥️

Although we need to say “Not Available” more often due our changes, I have to admit it’s kind of nice having a quieter more relaxed home for your dogs. We now only take on one family of dogs at a time so we have more time and attention to dedicate to your dog. Piper is soaking up all the attention she can get during her stay. ♥️

Piper is jumping right into baby watch duty with the rest of our crew! ♥️ But of course, baby watching can be pretty tiring so she is soaking up a midday nap today. Gunner just needs to be reminded that he needs to share the couch space now. 🤣

Few reminders to share now that we are opened back up and have a newborn child:
-We are not accepting new dogs at this time, only taking on dogs we have watched in the past. We may open back up more in the future but at this time if we haven’t watched your dog before we will not be able to help.
-Dogs must be good with children and other dogs. We can not take on dogs with questionable behaviors. Keeping our child safe is our #1 priority!
-We are only taking on one family of dogs at a time, get your bookings in early to reserve your spot.
We will continue to do the best we can to accommodate your needs. With a newborn comes a few extra precautions that we won’t be taking lightly. Thank you for your patience and understanding. ♥️

I just won’t be able to help your dog settle, get a baby organized for day care, and make it to work on time. Drop off times during my lunch break will still be allowed or at the end of the day when I’m home from work.
Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause to you but wanted to give a warning ahead of time to help you all plan accordingly with your bookings. ♥️

Hope you all are having a wonderful start of your summer. ☀️ We will be back soon to greet more dogs but in the meantime willow is keeping herself busy with her new little brother.

As our leave is starting just know we will be delayed getting back about future stays. We wanna focus the next six weeks on our family adjusting to this newest adventure. It’s Ryder’s first stay and she already thinks this is the best place ever. She is having a blast getting the other dogs to chase her all around the yard. She’s the sweetest Texas rescue mutt. 💕

The excitement you feel when you find out your baby brother was born! 💙 Mavis is excited to have another little kid at home to run around and play with. 😘 We got to be “on call” for Mavis while her parents waited patiently to go into labor. As soon as they went into labor they sent me a message and I went to pick this girl up. One less thing they had to worry about.
I just informed Willow the safer at home order has been extended. She’s going a little stir crazy from the isolation from her furry friends. 🐶
Play time is still happening here - gotta get out some energy somehow while we are all quarantined. 🌸

Oh Ash! 🌸 I’ll never forget her first few days at her last visit. Poor girl was soo scared of us. Look at her for her second visit. This is why we do this. So dogs can have that consistent place to go and feel comfortable when their family has trips to go on.
Our yard is finally covered in snow instead of ice so the dogs can play. ❄️ Enjoying the day running and wrestling in the snow. 💙
