‼️‼️ sorry not sorry for the long post below ‼️‼️
📍We made it home safely, but there’s not much time to rest as we’re already settled in at the WBHA Show in Jefferson!📍
What a whirlwind the last two weeks have been—full of ups and downs, learning opportunities, personal growth, and so many accomplishments. These riders and horses have worked incredibly hard to get where they are, and to say I’m proud would be an understatement.🥹
What makes me the proudest as a trainer isn't just the ribbons or accomplishments⭐️it's the determination, work ethic, and willingness to keep trying. Every day brought new challenges and new opportunities to learn, and every single rider handled both the highs and lows with a positive attitude and a commitment to improving.
It was a long😭, 🥵 , and exhausting😴 two weeks filled with 2 a.m. practices, late nights spent poulticing and wrapping legs, and making sure both the horses and humans were taken care of. Through it all, this team showed up and gave it their all. ❤️
I'm excited to continue working toward new goals, building on our progress, and getting even better together.
🙏❤️A huge thank you to my clients for trusting me and making all of this possible. Your dedication to your horses and your willingness to put in the work does not go unnoticed.🙏❤️
❤️❤️ To Marnie Draves, Allison Saari and Stacey Nelson Saari
Thank you for taking care of literally everything at home while we've been away. From keeping the horses happy and healthy to handling everything we throw your way with grace, patience, and good humor, we appreciate you more than words can express.
Thank you for making sure the horses still got their weekly spa day—because heaven forbid they miss a week! We are so grateful for the endless hours you've put in over the last two weeks!
Thank you for all that you do. We couldn't do this without you, and we appreciate you both more than you know. ❤️
💙💙And to my assistant and right-hand man💙💙 Kira Storck THANK YOU! Thank you for doing quite literally everything behind the scenes to make all of this possible. From the countless trips to and from the arena, to the early mornings and late nights, you are the steady force that keeps everything running (literally 🤦♀️)
You never let me down, somehow always knowing exactly what I need before I even have to ask, and you make my life easier every single day. From endless lunging 🤦♀️, cold hosing 🥶, bathing 🧼, and leg wrapping, to all the countless tasks in between, none of this would be possible without you.
Your dedication, hard work, and willingness to do whatever needs to be done never go unnoticed. Thank you for being the person I can always count on, for caring so deeply about the horses and for giving so much of yourself every single day💙
I am incredibly grateful for everything you do. Thank you for being such an important part of this team and for helping make every success possible. 💙💙
🌟A special thank you to Kathryn Baumann for keeping an eye on a couple of my kiddos while I zipped back to Wisconsin for another horse show🌟
⭐️I'm incredibly grateful for this team and excited for what's ahead⭐️
