Meet Daisy! She is a gorgeous yellow lady, a tad “fluffy” at 80 pounds, and a literal ball of excitement. Don’t let her age of 6 years fool you, she has energy for days!

Daisy is great with people and other dogs and is learning to be better on a leash. Daisy doesn’t do well with cats and needs a no cat home. She likes the car and will talk to you the whole time you’re on a ride! Daisy is house trained and well-behaved in the house.

Daisy hasn’t been around kids but we expect she would be good with them. Our preference would be older kids that are less likely to be knocked down by her boundless enthusiasm. Daisy recently went through heartworm treatment so she hasn’t had a chance to get her energy out. Once she can run and play on a regular basis, she will be so much fun!

Daisy is affectionate with everyone she meets and loves to play with other dogs. She doesn’t have any known behavioral issues. She is just a sweet, big-hearted dog!

Crockpot Taco Spaghetti

Ultimate Slow-Cooked Taco Spaghetti Fusion

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (10 oz) Ro*Tel diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
4 cups chicken broth
8 oz spaghetti, uncooked
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Sour cream, for serving (optional)
Avocado slices, for garnish (optional)
Directions:

In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until beef is thoroughly browned; drain.
Transfer the beef mixture to a 6-quart crockpot. Add taco seasoning, both cans of tomatoes, and chicken broth. Stir to combine.
Break spaghetti into thirds and stir into the crockpot, ensuring it is covered by the liquid.
Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or until the pasta is tender, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
Once cooked, stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
Serve hot, garnished with cilantro, sour cream, and avocado slices if desired.
