Cria #4 hit the ground running yesterday!!
Mom held off until the rain stopped. He was up and going very quickly!

We LOVE his coloring. Some black, some brown, some darker underneath. Only time (and shearing) will tell what he’s going to look like! Video in the comments for a better look at his face

We welcomed our first Cria of the season yesterday around 12:30p.

15lb male. Had a bit of trouble nursing so we(the humans) spent the night in the barn with mom and baby getting him up and nursing every 1hr. He caught on around 8pm but still needed reminding to get up.

ISO one or more friends of the farm to join us at our events this summer to lead some live demonstrations of spinning or other fiber arts.

People are interested in see how our fleece is processed. We can provide raw fleece or roving for spinning or other activities(such as felting).
