Hayes E Daze

We provide guided trail rides in the forest (your horse or ours) For trail rides,1 hr. $50.00 2 hr $ Learn to ride and how to prepare for horse ownership.

Hayes E Daze has great trail horses to explore the beautiful wooded trails in the Kisatchie National Forest. Riding and basic Horsemanship Lessons are now offered at our Forest Hill location.

Dear Friends of Hayes E Daze

It is with great sadness that we are sending this out. After ten years of wonderful trail rides, we are closing the trail riding component of our business effective Sept 24, 2023. We will still be providing riding lessons and pony parties at our ranch. Due to disruptions in the insurance industry, our carrier is no longer offering the insurance required for the Kistatchie Trail riding activities of our business. Along with the economic issues of inflation, hay shortages due to drought, and the extreme weather conditions we have experienced this year, this was too much to overcome.

We will be accepting reservations for a final “Farewell Ride”, up to the September 24 date. These will be limited to one- hour rides, and we can only accommodate 4 riders per ride.

Please call 337-258-5782 to reserve your chance to have one last forest ride with us.

We appreciate your patronage over these years, and hope to see you soon.
