Good evening everyone, I hope you are all enjoying this blustery day!
We just wanted to stop and thank you all for supporting our small business and for giving us something good to do with our time, talents and our lives, your pets are precious to us and we're grateful to be able to continue to serve this community 💛
We DO have some openings this week and next for anyone that needs their pets pampered and cleaned up. We have a bigger team than most of the shops in town ( 1 groomer with 25 years of experience , 1 groomer with10 years under her belt and a team of bathers and shop cleaners), which enables us to serve more people, and it keeps us from being booked out too far ( a customer told me recently that she had called around and some places were booked out for 2 months) Anyway, we realize this is the, "calm before the holiday storm", but if you need our help, please give us a call at 503-747-6249, thank you so much!!

While we're on the subject of well trained large dogs.... this is Bob, a German fella in a German car, and he is absolutely wonderful to work with! His owners, Josie and Dave, have trained him up very nicely and we enjoy his visits every time. German Shephards can be a challenge to work with, as they can be very anxious about leaving their home and their owners, so proper training and limits for them is extremely important. I'm always extra grateful for the owners that know this about their dogs and put in the work to help them conquer these hurdles.

This is a sweet young pup, named Blue....we were a little worried that he was preparing for lift-off with those big ears, but he decided a bath was a good idea and let us clean him up & love-on him, puppies are so fun! 😍
Btw... to anyone that is planning to get a large breed of dog for their family, bringing them in when they are young (after they've had their shots) even if it seems like, " they don't need to be groomed yet," is a very helpful part of their training. Coming to the groomers can be a stressful event for a dog, and helping them get used to this service while they are still small enough to manage, is extremely WISE!!
Thank you Brandon and Lauren for training this young fella so well, he was a pleasure to work with 🩵
