One apple ruined it for the whole bunch. Because I smile and laugh all the time definitely doesn’t mean I’m sweet.

*When booking with Zo Petaxi if you’re not the person that’s paying for the animal or the person that’s selling the animal don’t get involved(no middle man) unless you refer us or you’re a reference.

*If you don’t pay your deposit when is told that your deposit is due DONT be surprised when your pet is not picked up.

*If you work or want be around to receive or exchange pet please have someone in place or be ready to pay the $50 every 30 minutes of waiting, because we give you enough time to prepare for us. Because when you’re late you put the next person in route behind of their schedule .

*We will no longer honor the buddy pay system either you have funds on site or you don’t receive animal, people have taken that for granted.

Zo Pet TaxiHate to seem like I’m complaining or being a bu****le but if you don’t set rules you’ll always lose and people will always like to play you.

* Zo Pet Taxi is a business not a weekend gig. This is how I feed my family either respect it or find you another transporter, and I’m nice enough to refer you to others.

Happy new month new blessings new opportunities.
Just here to reiterate a few things:

*Zo Petaxi is a business not just a lil gig that we pickup when funds are low or when we're off our other job. With that being said we treat YOUR pets as of they was ours. If they STANK coming from the old owner I can promise the new owner will not smell BECAUSE WE'RE GONNA FRESHEN THAT BABY UP, because I don't want to smell it while we are riding.

*We will no longer ask you more than once to pay your deposit(no deposit no ride)

*We will no longer give discounts or make deals if you're short of the price we quoted you I apologize no deal making.

*If we're flying with you baby we'll send you your itinerary 3 days before landing thanks to the modern day scammers for that.

*If you know we're coming please don't feed the baby HEAVY BEFORE WE ARRIVE that really hurt them more than it helps.

*If it wasn't for you guys I promise it wouldn't be no Zo Petaxi. 🐾 🐾 🐾

When booking Zo Petaxi things you should know.

#1 This is how I feed my family so therefore you don't have to worry about any shady business going on.

#2 When you book us if you have a certain time and day you want your baby delivered to you please let us know upon you securing your slot.

#3 It goes back to #1 if we tell you that you're locked in I promise you don't have to call and text every other day our word is our bond WE AIM TO PLEASE.......

#4 Once we give you a day and time please let your job, friend, spouse or whoever that needs to know that you want be available around that time so that we want have to wait which will have us late for our next drop off..... COMMUNICATION

#5 We will no longer do group rates on puppies because people mess that blessing up for everyone.

I thank all our clients I promise without you guys Zo Petaxi wouldn't be NOTHING.....
