Thinking about fostering kitties?

The sad reality is that only 20-25% of feral kittens make it to six months old. Fostering saves lives! Not just theirs, but we always spay and neuter, and that prevents several more generations of suffering.

If you are in the San Tan Valley or Queen Creek area, we'd love to have you!

Rescue provides all the necessities, trains on care for common kitten ailments, gets the kitties vetted, and finds potential adopters.

Fosters provide love and care, transport to shot/photo nights, and help screen potential adopters so the kitties find a good fit.

We can only take kitties we have the fosters and the resources to care for. Come join our ranks!

Who is that in the Petsmart habitat?

Meet Evy! This sweet gal is a bit overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle of Petsmart, but don't let her initially shy demeanor fool you! Evy is very sweet once she feels secure, and loves head scratches and sleeping at her favorite people's side. She also loves feather and wand toys. Evy is four years old. She is fixed, vaccinated, felv/fiv neg, dewormed, and microchipped. Ready for her forever family!

We got mama!

Thanks to the teamwork of the business owner, a tenacious employee, and a trapper friend, the mom of kittens previously taken in by AZCare has been trapped!

She has been spayed and will be released back as she is feral and would not be happy indoors. Spaying and neutering feral cats reduces injury from fighting, allows the cats to conserve resources for themselves, and otherwise improves their quality of life.

AzCare runs entirely on adoption fees and donations. Since this kitty will not be adoptable, can you help to sponsor her spay? It was $55. If you can cover, or contribute towards covering, that fee, please venmo

Thank you!
