AZ Wild Horse Inmate Program

ACI and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) are working together to teach horsemanship, animal husban

The horses and burros available at our Training and Holding Facility are under the jurisdiction of the BLM. The Wild Horse and B***o State Lead is John Hall, and he can be reached at 602-417-9421 or at [email protected]. The partnership between the BLM and ACI helps these these wild horses and burros find good homes. The inmates learn a marketable skill and learn nurturing attributes as they care for and train these magnificent creatures.

Welcome Jordan Dodeward to ACI!

We're excited to announce Jordan as our new Business Development Administrator. She'll lead our Sales Team to strengthen partnerships and drive growth.

Jordan brings 9+ years of leadership experience in sales, project management, and workforce development. She holds a Master's in Health Care Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Grand Canyon University.

With over 40 years of experience in public and private finance, Holly brings expertise in fiscal stewardship, transparency, and operational excellence. She has led major budget recovery initiatives, strengthened internal controls, and ensured compliance across diverse sectors.
Beyond her professional achievements, Holly has been married for 49 years and is a proud parent, grandparent, and great-grandparent. She also served as a U.S. Navy Ombudsman for 20 years, earning recognition three times as Ombudsman of the Year.
